One of my favourite CD's on board is Jamie Cullum's Album, Twenty Something. One of the songs goes, "What a difference a day makes, 24 little hours . . ." Well last Saturday I lived the lyric, meeting Lucya at the closing night party of the Carnival. We've spent the week together and this particular day we drove out to a beach called Playa de Maspalomas. It was amazing, sand dunes, sunshine and the sea. It was the first holiday like day I had for weeks all thanks to an extra special guide.
