They say of Graciosa that when you arrive you can take your shoes off and forget the world. This could well be true. If anything it seems a place where it is easy to stay. The welcome has been overwhelming. Amongst my dock side heros are Serge, Steve and Tessa, Flo and Christine, Martin, Alain and Corrine and Patrick, on whose boat I spent my first night of total french immersion. I left with a head ache but thankfully I was kept somewhat in the loop by Florence and Chrstine. French seems to dominate at the moment! Vive Graciosa!
