Saturday June 12 I start to do some work on the long neglected web site.
I've worked out I still have a lot to do. The boat is still not fully
restored from it's sanding attack back in April. Life like art is a
process. While working on Photographs of a friend's wedding last summer
I have a bit of a revelation about how I can encapsulate my artistic
ambitions in a sepparate diary format. I've been mulling over a project
to photograph important cities on my journey back to Vancouver. Now a
while back while still at work I coined a title for some diaries called,
the Banana Bread Diaries. They were originallly conceived as a way of
putting sensitive personal stories on the site without broadcasting too
widely my personal life, thus the name. However, I decided this was
foolish and mainly because of the nature of my personal life these
things were better left spoken between good friends rather than written
in public. At least potentially, as the world wide web is open to anyone
. . .
So art and photography in the Banana Bread Diaries and a
cessation of web developement and diary entries for at least a few
months. For anyone intersted in meeting up with me check out my passage plan.
